Karen Hill Tribe focal bead. This large fine silver bead has a lovely stamped pattern on both halves, a raised flower and ring detailing. Lightly oxidized in the nooks to better show the designs. Thai silver.

The Karen Hill Tribe beads and findings I offer were made with tradition methods passed down through the generations. Each participating family has their own unique designs which they craft in their homes. These are not factory made.

The Silversmith starts with fine silver. Soldering lowers the silver content of the bead to 97-99% as opposed to sterling silver which is 92.5% silver. Due to the handmade aspect sizes can vary slightly.
