Refund policy

Returns for refunds and exchanges are accepted, exceptions are earring components and cut chain or leather. The original sale price, minus shipping, will be credited. Please notify me right away. The item(s) MUST be mailed back within 14 days of receipt in original type packaging to insure against damage. I highly recommend purchasing tracking on and/or insurance in case the post office makes an error, of which I can not be held liable.

Custom orders are not refundable because these are items special ordered for you and I can not return them to my vendors. All sales are final on special orders.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping will be deducted from your refund unless seller error.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
